Retail Sales Manager

Job description



Wool and the Gang has a growing wholesale retail business around the world, bringing the best of the Wool and the Gang brand and products to a wide variety of craft retail. The Retail Sales Manager role will take a hands on approach to the day to day management of these accounts, working closely with the commercial team. They will take part in preparing the retail range, working closely with our operations, product and warehouse teams to ensure that everything is aligned and available to be sold.



  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with customer base

  • Partner with colleagues from cross functional teams to provide any support necessary to the account

  • Help drive and support sales growth across our markets

  • A passion for brands

  • An interest in crafting and our product is key - but you don’t have to be an expert knitter or crocheter!

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
